Craft Room Part I

So, I've been totally off the radar lately, and I feel terrible about it. But, I'm hoping to make it up with lots ofpictures! You see, I've been working on my CRAFT ROOM!  The room that I've wanted since, I don't know, I was 10??  Anyway, It's really just the beginning, and I will have many more pictures to share later. My "scrapbooking desk" is still under construction and will have to be added at a later date, as well as my ironing board, that I am determined to recover and hang on the wall. So, without further ado,

My Craft Room Part I:

I got this at a thrift store for $10. Perfect!

My homemade sewing table! 2 end tables + a dooor!

My "batting basket" that will hold...batting!

Sorry for the long lull in posts, but my camera has been misplaced by my one year old! 

And what's a post without lots of pictures? 

I've been crafting away this last week. As well as painting bedrooms and moving Owen's room! 

It's been busy! 

For now, let's just talk about this awesome pillow I made!

I'm usually pretty self conscious about the crafts I made but I have to admit that I'm pretty proud of this one. 

It's a wedding gift for some friends that are getting married this weekend. 

What's a poor seminary wife supposed to do for a wedding gift?! Make some pillows, of course!

 

Sorry they aren't GREAT pictures but I'm using a back up, remember? And I had to document these bad boys before I let go of them this weekend. 

We are off to Houston (and Oklahoma) until Monday.
